Selection criteria for Erasmus + EMJMD Scholarships and other financial supports
 

 

The Selection Board, composed by the local coordinators of the CLE consortium Universities, evaluates the candidates on the basis of the documents uploaded on the online application form and according to the following points:

  score /100
1. Curriculum Vitae; academic curriculum showing compatibility wtih CLE concerning the following subjects: Literature, Language/Linguistics/Philology, History, History of Art  0 to 30
2. Grades  0 to 10
3. Languages (a better evaluation is given to the numebr of the consortium languages already known)  0 to 20

4. Motivation letters

 0 to 30

5. Letters of recommendation

 0 to 10

 

Candidates obtaining a 70/100 minimum score will be eligible according to two different ranking lists :

- the first one for students who candidate for Erasmus + EMJMD scholarships;

- the second one for students who candidate for other possible financial supports.

The results will be published on the CLE website.
 

APPEAL PROCEDURE

If the applicant does not agree with the final decision of the CLE then he may appeal this decision before the CLE Selection Board.

In order to be valid, the appeal must be in writing, using the following letter template signed and dated, and sent (in .pdf format) by the applicant to the following address: lucia.manservisi@unibo.it within seven (7) days following the notification of selection outcome at the latest. Appeals sent after the terms will not be considered.

The appeal procedure can only come into play if a candidate feels that the CLE consortium has not handled his own application in line with the scholarship application and selection process as described on the CLE website. In other words, the appeal cannot concern the decision itself, but only an alleged error made in the process.
